The common threads weaving through my life are writing, health, education, advocacy, technology, and culture.
From 2018 to 2024, I served as the co-founder and CEO of LOOM, a sexual and reproductive health information app for women. After its acquisition by Perelel Health in 2024, I joined their team as a strategic advisor and education advocate.
Before that, I spent a decade as a full-spectrum doula and health educator, dedicated to helping women thrive at every stage of life. In 2017, I published Nurture: A Modern Guide to Pregnancy, Birth, Early Motherhood―and Trusting Yourself and Your Body , a resource for expectant and new parents around the world.
From 2021 to 2023, I co-hosted The goop Podcast, leading conversations at the intersection of well-being and culture.
Today, I divide my time between consulting for some of the world’s most influential brands on innovation strategy through my agency, ISE ISE, and developing television projects with leading industry partners. I’m currently developing an original series with Onyx Collective, a Disney Entertainment brand on Hulu, in partnership with 20th Television.
I remain deeply passionate about women’s health and wellbeing and I’m open to speaking opportunities, events and special projects related to it. If you’re interested in collaborating, I’d love to hear from you.
