The common threads weaving through my life are writing, health, education, advocacy, technology, and culture.

I’m a social entrepreneur, author and former full spectrum doula—obsessed with creating experiences, products, and content that help people exist with more ease and efficacy.

From 2017 to 2023, I was the co-founder and CEO of LOOM—a sexual and reproductive health information app for women, which was acquired by Perelel Health in 2024.

Today, I consult and advise some of the world’s most forward-thinking companies, guiding them in product development, UX/UI, storytelling, impact and innovation.

I remain passionate about empowering individuals to feel more at home in their bodies. I’m available as an educator for events, workshops, retreats, and public speaking engagements that explore pathways to deeper wellbeing.
